I loved the Lunar Chronicles, and this novel isn't an exception, it's great. I wasn't in a rush to get my hands on the novel the way I was with the rest of the series, it was just a short book I would get around to. I did end up reading it in two sittings although I could have easily read it in one if id had the time.
I was interested in Levena's side of the story, and it ended up being everything a fan girl could hope for. Although I seem to be in the strange middle ground of book opinions with this one. Most people seem to Love it or Hate it, and i just don't feel that strongly either way, I did feel bad for L, she was a product of nurture. I could understand why she was childish, spoiled, and ignorant which lead to all kinds of poor choices. But I didn't find any of it excused her behaviour or made me hate her any less. I liked the retelling of facts - like Selenes death and other events that had been referenced before - from someone who was there as an adult. A full picture kind of thing.
